Do I need a gym or lots of fancy equipment?
Nope! Fitter Faster Stronger is designed for bodyweight training, with optional weights for progression. You can do these workouts anywhere—at home, outdoors, or in a gym if you prefer. Ideally you'll have access to a few pieces of equipment like a pull-up bar, plyo box (or something to jump on), a jump rope, a medicine ball, and bands or dumbbells — but we'll always give you a substitution if you don't have any equipment at all.
